2018 Northern California Hospital Quality Symposium

In collaboration with The Hospital Quality Institute and The Hospital Council of Northern and Central California, Partnership HealthPlan of CA brings you the 2018 Northern California Hospital Quality Symposium. Two dates and locations are available (same content at both):

• Tuesday, July 31 - Santa Rosa, California - 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (registration and breakfast 8:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.)

OR

• Thursday, August 2 - Eureka, California - 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (registration and breakfast 8:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.)

In this collaborative and interactive event, hospital staff of all levels will learn about valuable communication strategies, and will have ample opportunity to exchange with peers best practices in coordinating palliative care, patient safety, and community resources for high quality healthcare.

Attending this training would meet the Hospital Quality Improvement Program (HQIP) requirement for Measure 10: Quality Improvement Training for participating HQIP hospitals.

The non-refundable registration fee for this event is $20. Breakfast, refreshments, and lunch will be provided.
